Monthly accounting fee applies regardless of activity. Account closing fee applies only if closing permanently (see Rules).

Flat + settled + 24h means no open trades, trades cleared (typically 1 day), and balance holds for 24 hours (or until trades clear).
Evaluation Funding
The standard prop firm path — rewritten clearly. Choose Tradovate or Rithmic and select your drawdown model: Trailing or End-of-Day (EOD).
Pick one: Trailing Drawdown (dynamic) or EOD Drawdown (evaluated at day close). Your selection applies for that evaluation.

Evaluation limits are fixed by account size. The drawdown value shown is the account’s max loss threshold for your chosen drawdown model.
Simple pass condition
Hit the profit target without violating drawdown. Then move to funded phase.
Consistency requirement
No single trading day may exceed 50% of your total net profits during evaluation.
